A model railway simulator in which players build track layouts and scenery, then operate trains and explore the routes. Players can choose from official and community-made layouts or create their own in a sandbox, placing tracks and objects anywhere. The game supports solo and multiplayer play, including in virtual reality.
Trains can be driven from inside the cab at miniature scale or at human scale using handheld controllers. The available rolling stock includes steam, diesel and electric locomotives, as well as passenger and freight wagons. Layouts can be equipped with working signals, level crossings and electrified tracks; the simulator also features a dynamic day-night cycle, changing weather and tools for creating custom train liveries.
