An online shooter built around rock-paper-scissors rules, ShapeRockets has players choose one of three shapes, attack the shape they counter, and evade their predator shape. After a recharge, the selected shape can be changed on the fly, while dark, minimalist arenas allow movement in any direction.

Online matches support two to eight players. Three hits take a fighter out, and three deaths eliminate them from the match; the last shape left floating wins. Single-player tutorial levels introduce the basics and offer a hidden story to discover.
