Enable FSR3 frame generation.

How to run:

download and extract the Engine.ini file;
navigate to where your config is saved. Usually this is C:/Users/YourUsername/AppData/Local/SilentHill2/Saved/ConfigWindows;
replace Engine.ini with the downloaded one;
select the FSR 3.0 Supersampling option in the Display & Graphics section.

скачать и распаковать файл Engine.ini;
перейти к месту, где сохранен ваш конфиг. Обычно это C:/Users/YourUsername/AppData/Local/SilentHill2/Saved/ConfigWindows;
заменить Engine.ini на загруженный;
выбрать опцию FSR 3.0 Supersampling в разделе Display & Graphics.
