An expansion for SimCity 4 focused on managing a city's transportation. Players develop roads, railways, waterways and air routes, and can take direct control of individual vehicles. For example, if the fire department is caught in traffic, a fire truck can be steered to the scene of a blaze.
The expansion also features missions such as pursuing bank robbers and carjackers. Completing them unlocks reward buildings and additional vehicles.
