A city-building simulation in which the player takes the role of a mayor, zoning land and constructing homes, businesses, factories and skyscrapers. The transport network can include roads and rail lines, with free placement allowing for curved routes.
The game features 13 city styles, including American, European and Asian themes, along with more than 30 special buildings, some of which become available as different styles are explored. The city can be viewed from a helicopter, jet or propeller plane, and disasters such as earthquakes, tornadoes and fires can be unleashed, alongside destructive robots and monsters.
