A construction simulator about planning and managing skyscraper projects across a town. Contracts grow in scale over time, progressing from multi-storey houses to buildings for the rich and famous.

To complete a level, the player must fulfil its contracts and tasks within the allotted time. Responsibilities include managing workers, construction materials and machinery. Progress unlocks new tools and machines and grants experience points; scores can be compared on a high-score table, and the game can also be played with friends.
