A simulator and strategy game about managing a Soviet ekranoplan program during the Cold War. The player oversees staff and resources, keeps the fleet operational, and pilots the craft on missions assigned by command.
The game features 12 ekranoplan models, each with simulated handling. Missions involve transporting important and hazardous cargo, taking part in nuclear tests, responding to emergencies, and conducting rescue operations; enemy forces may try to sabotage them. Service in the Soviet Army earns prestige, medals, and experience, unlocking additional craft, resources, and weapons.
