This VR surgery simulator based on Team Fortress 2 puts the Medic in charge of operating on the Heavy, who needs a new heart. The procedure takes place at an operating table stocked with tools including a bonesaw, machete, axe and baseball bat, while the dove Archimedes watches nearby.
The player performs the operation by hand and chooses which implements to use as time runs out. A sandvich is also among the available items as the Medic attempts to save the Heavy.
