A full-fledged VR version of the cult sci-fi immersive simulator System Shock. The plot retains the events of the original: an unnamed hacker faces the consequences of a deal with TriOptimum's vice president Edward Diego, while the main source of threat becomes the artificial intelligence SHODAN, which has taken control of the space station "Citadel".
Exploration of the station is adapted for virtual reality headsets and hand tracking. Puzzles with electrical circuits are solved manually, surveillance cameras and communication nodes are destroyed to weaken SHODAN's influence, and cyberspace offers free movement with six degrees of freedom.
