Tabletop Tavern

A rogue-like strategy where each run turns into a new military campaign, full of tactical decisions and unexpected encounters. The army is gradually assembled: different types of troops are recruited, combinations are formed, and a personal fighting style is developed, which determines the outcome of the campaign.

Battles unfold in real-time and require constant control over positioning, timing, and squad interactions. Walls of spears hold back cavalry, archers shield themselves from flank attacks, and the features of the landscape become part of the strategy, allowing the tide of battle to change even in the most challenging situations.

Each new run brings different conditions: random events, new squads, rare equipment, and constant upgrades gradually change the approach to the game. The variety of factions—from elite Viking and Orc infantry to Elves, Humans, and Dwarves—creates dozens of unique styles of warfare, turning each campaign into a standalone story.
