A horror simulator about a night watchman at an old toy factory, where dolls left behind after production ended begin hunting people. The protagonist monitors the automatic machinery and explores the building with a flashlight as suspicious noises come from the darkness.

Fixed camera angles and restricted movement limit the view of the factory. Enemies react to sound, can teleport and camouflage themselves among nearby objects, and their placement varies between playthroughs. Survival depends on managing power, keeping track of time and using light.
