This mod reduces the wages of all adult and teen careers by 40-50%. This makes the wages more realistic and balances the game well.
This doesn't make the game too difficult (for experienced players) but provides a decent challenge! (Sometimes bills really make you sad).
Now promotions, bonuses and any form of “extra income” will also mean something and help you much more than before!
