No more sick, dirty pets in cities (10/18/2020)

Animals roaming around will no longer be sick, dirty, sad or hungry.
But they can wallow in the mud after their appearance - the author considers this realistic.
Added the ability to give your pet a treat (Give a treat - ?), this will help cure it if it has not recovered after visiting the veterinarian.
Basic mod (required to install):

Addons folder:
_DisableDecayPreventerOwnedPets - when loading an active lot, part of the mod is disabled, which meets all the needs of pets.
_DisableFillUpNeedsOwnedPets - when loading an active lot, part of the mod is disabled, which slows down the decline in needs.
_LowerChanceSickOwnedPets - reduces the chance of sick pets to 25% when loading an active lot.
Бродящие по округе животные больше не будут больными, грязными, грустными и голодными.
Но они могут вываляться в грязи после своего появления — автор считает это реалистичным.
Добавлена возможность угостить питомца (Дать лакомство — ?), это поможет его вылечить, если он не поправился после посещения ветеринара.

Папка Addons:
_DisableDecayPreventerOwnedPets — при загрузке активного лота отключается часть мода, которая восполняет все потребности домашних питомцев.
_DisableFillUpNeedsOwnedPets — при загрузке активного лота отключается часть мода, которая замедляет падение потребностей.
_LowerChanceSickOwnedPets — снижает до 25% вероятность болезни домашних питомцев при загрузке активного лота.
