Formal Shoes V1.

This mod adds new official shoes to the game. Includes slip-ons and oxfords.

Update 1.1: Fixed a bug that caused non-shiny shoes to become shinier than shiny ones. A rubber sheen has also been added to the non-shiny sole of the shoe.
