WARDOGS vs. Call of Duty: Can a $40 Shooter Hurt Modern Warfare 4?
Bulkhead expected its shooter WARDOGS to sustain 3,000–5,000 concurrent players over the long term. On September 13, it peaked at 428,666, according to SteamDB. The $40 shooter, which features 100-player matches, sold 3 million copies within its first 16 days in Steam Early Access, including pre-orders.
