Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2

The game is good! Epic, powerful, lots of corpses, a sea of ​​blood. The best thing that can reveal all the "meat" that a WH 40k game should be is the conflict with the Tyranids. And there is a lot of it here! Deep bow to the artists! The game is exactly what you imagine when reading the books: atmospheric, dark, epic and bloody! The sound is gorgeous: shooting from a bolter is exactly shooting from a large-caliber weapon. The chainsword? It rattles pleasantly at idle and "appetizingly" bites into the flesh of the enemy. The finishing moves are especially pleasant - a kind of "fatality" in the world of WH 40k. What is happening is gripping, and 20 hours in the game flew by unnoticed.

If you're looking for relaxation from games, you've come to the WRONG place. It's all pathos, testosterone, lore, and a whole lot of gore. Dopamine, adrenaline, and faith in the Imperium are coursing through your veins.

Space Marine 2 is a game that doesn't ask you if you want to be a Space Marine. It hands you a bolter and confronts you with a wave of Tyranids.

I came in for a Warhammer-fueled massacre and got it without hesitation. You're huge, heavy, seemingly nearly invulnerable, and yet constantly on edge. Regular enemies pour in by the hundreds, elites demand rhythm, and bosses finally make you feel like armor is both a cage and a gift. Close combat isn't an add-on to shooting: chainsaw, shoulder strikes, executions—they're the game's language.

One of the best games of 2024. It's on par with Black Myth Wukong, it's good. For me, the games of the year last year were Space Marine 2, Helldivers 2 and Black Myth Wukong. Everything there is great, the multiplayer, and the plot is logical, but there is little content. I still recommend buying it. It's worth it.

A top-notch game! Not for relaxing. Action-packed, constantly keeping you on edge. Leveling is average, skins are great. The entire weight of the space marine is felt through the screen.
