This top-down arcade shooter takes place in a post-apocalyptic America ravaged by World War III. The heroine known as the Wasteland Angel drives an armored car through radioactive territory, protecting survivors from gangs, renegade military units, and mutants.

Players fend off waves of enemies with twin machine guns, complete objectives ranging from escort missions to all-out attacks, and battle bosses. Weapons and ammunition can be upgraded, while special weapons include mines, napalm, EMPs, and nuclear weapons. The campaign spans 24 levels across six types of landscape, with bonus stages that switch to first-person driving and shooting.
