Zezenia Online is a medieval 2D MMORPG in which characters explore the world, complete quests, and fight monsters and other players. Players choose one of three main classes—Warrior, Ranger, or Mage—and can later advance to one of seven subclasses, each with distinct talents.

Players can team up to explore dungeons, join guilds, and take part in PvP battles, including castle wars. Defeating monsters and completing quests yield equipment with randomized attributes and rarity tiers, which can be improved through enchanting. Other activities include gathering resources, brewing, hunting bosses, and timed raids.
