Valve Announces New Most Wanted Game on Steam. It Surpassed Hollow Knight: Silksong

A new leader has emerged in the list of most wanted games on Steam. As noted by Reddit users, Monster Hunter Wilds now tops the rankings of titles with the most wishlists.

Capcom's upcoming action game managed to claim the top spot, displacing another highly anticipated project, Hollow Knight: Silksong. According to a Reddit post, shortly after this, Silksong also fell behind the team-based shooter Deadlock.

Here are the leaders in Steam's most wanted lists:

  1. Monster Hunter Wilds;
  2. Deadlock;
  3. Hollow Knight: Silksong;
  4. Sid Meier's Civilization 7;
  5. Elden Ring Nightreign;
  6. inZOI;
  7. Light No Fire;
  8. Ark 2;
  9. Subnautica 2;
  10. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2;
  11. Arena Breakout: Infinite;
  12. Borderlands 4;
  13. Unrecord;
  14. Dune: Awakening;
  15. Blight: Survival;
  16. Slay the Spire 2;
  17. DOOM: The Dark Ages;
  18. Mecha BREAK;

Monster Hunter Wilds is set to release on February 28 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. Earlier in the month, the developers conducted two open beta tests to prepare the game for launch.
