How to Clear the Fog and Break the Seal on Tekoloapan Beach in Genshin Impact

The Mystery of Tekoloapan Beach is a world quest in Natlan in Genshin Impact, dedicated to a mysterious island shrouded in fog. The traveler must remove the seals to rid it of the mist and restore order. In this guide, we will tell you how to start the world quest and remove the fog from the beach.

To start the world quest, you need to meet the following conditions:

If all conditions are met, head to the mysterious island. The easiest way to do this is from the western shore of Tezcatlipetongo. Teleport to the waypoint west of the Lords of the Night Wind and jump down. Near the water, you will find koholozavrs: with their help, you can swim to Tekoloapan Beach. Additionally, you can use the skill of Mualani and other Natlan characters capable of moving on water.

When you approach the island, a mysterious voice will warn you of the danger on the beach and the world quest will begin on its own, with a yellow outlined area appearing on the map — the place where the mission will unfold.

On the terrain, it will not be particularly clear where exactly to go to continue the quest, as the area within the yellow field is quite large. To continue the mission, head to the large mechanism-seal.

Possess the nearby itomizavr and climb the ruined stairs to the mechanism until you see glowing graffiti there. Stand so that the two parts of the drawing form a whole and use the skill of the itomizavr, aiming it at the seal until it lights up. After that, it will be removed and you will have to deal with a few more graffiti.

Continue moving along the island to a new point on the map. On the right-hand side, you will soon see a hilichurl camp and a pyrocul towering above it, as well as another zavrian-itomizavr. They will guard a rich chest.

If you follow the path from the camp to the large rock, you will notice wooden structures on the stone. Climb to the top of the rock and there you will find the second seal that needs to be removed. To do this, climb the ladder at the base, possess the itomizavr, and read the graffiti on the rock using the zavrian skill, then place the air flow below. Flying up on it, you will notice another wind drawing. Similarly, ascend on it to a higher level.

Nearby, you will see another itomizavr. You can pass by it or possess another one. Using the zavrian's special elemental sense (activated by the mouse wheel), you will see transparent platforms in the air. Climb them and use the platforms to reach the very top of the rock.

There you will see ghosts and graffiti drawn directly on the ground, as well as a rich chest nearby. Stand in the right place, aligning the two parts of the drawing, and read them with the itomizavr skill. After that, the fog will partially clear.

The next destination can be seen even from the rock where the second seal was. To conveniently cover the long distance, fly with the itomizavr to the adjacent slope and use the monument with the kukuzavr. It will save time on the way to the next rock with graffiti.

Once there, you will see Abyss warriors guarding a common chest, a monument with an itomizavr, and many glowing graffiti. Defeat the enemies so they don't interfere with the exploration and take the treasure.

On the wall where the opponents stood, you will find another drawing in the shape of a triangle. Possess the itomizavr and aim the skill at the graffiti to open the passage inside. Go deeper into the cave and a mysterious voice will tell you that the seal must be sought below. Using the special elemental sense, clear the path from illusion and jump into the formed passage.

The voice will suggest that the room needs to be lit with torches. But if you enter the room with fire graffiti on the wall, an evil spirit will lock you inside. To get out, interact with the drawing in the itomizavr's body and place a torch in the corner on the pulsating spot. Similarly, place one of the torches in the triangle on the floor, copying it from one of the walls of the main room. To take the third brazier, resort to cunning.

Take the torch from the second wall of the large room and place it in the corner of the small room with the door. Then activate the bonfire in this room and place it in the triangle. Finally, read the brazier again so that it disappears and the door closes. After that, insert it into the drawing.

Deal with the appearing enemies and jump another level down. There will be the third seal. As before, activate it with the itomizavr ability, then fly on the appeared wind flow to the very top. Open the teleport point on the island and take the rich chest.

You can find the third seal not far from the initial mechanism. Possess the koholozavrs near the previous cave and swim to the desired location. When you are near it, the mysterious voice will again assist you in the form of an itomizavr. It will create an air flow, allowing you to reach the floating island.

Thanks to a couple more zavrians, you can reach the air platforms. Cross them to the floating island, but it turns out the seal on the stone is broken. As an itomizavr, ascend on another air flow and you will notice a small drawing. Activate it with the skill and place it in the necessary spot below the island, which will pulse Cryo. Activate it like the previous ones, and you can remove the seal.

Return to the mechanism in the center of the island where the first seal was removed. Just dive from the floating ruin to the glowing device to avoid crossing a large distance by swimming.

Jump right into the center of the glowing mechanism, to the restored seal. Touching it, you will find yourself in the Realm of Night and meet two incarnations of Vayob.

Defeat the hostile incarnation of Vayob: Pyro and Electro characters are best suited for this, as the opponent is of the Cryo element. After a successful victory, talk to the other spirit — the kind voice that helped the Traveler. After the dialogue, the fog over the island will dissipate.
