Nahida is a five-star Dendro character who will appear in Genshin Impact after the 3.2 update. In this guide, we will talk about the heroine's talents, the materials needed for leveling and ascension, as well as weapons and the best teams for her.

Nahida is the Dendro Archon and the embodiment of this element in Teyvat. The girl rarely leaves the Suryastra Temple, as she spends days on end studying books of ancient knowledge. Nahida is preparing to become a wise and just ruler of her people. She wants to see all the beings of Sumeru with her own eyes, get to know their customs and habits, share wisdom with them, and sing heartfelt songs together. Nahida's Active Skills:

Akara (normal attack). The heroine makes up to four shots, hitting targets at a short distance. The charged version of this attack deals damage in a semi-circle, and the plunging attack damages enemies in an area.

All Known Theses (elemental skill, quick press). Nahida attacks with Dendro element in an area and applies Seed of Skandha marks to enemies. If marked enemies receive damage from Dendro or any reaction involving this element, the heroine releases Purification of Trisula, which can occur once every 2.5 seconds and lasts for 25 seconds. It deals additional Dendro damage, depending on Nahida's stats. Up to 8 enemies can be marked. The skill's cooldown is 5 seconds.

All Known Theses (elemental skill, long press). The character enters aiming mode for 5 seconds, where you can select up to 8 enemies. They will receive Dendro damage and will be marked with the Seed of Skandha marks, as mentioned above. The cooldown is 6 seconds.

Phantom Heart (elemental burst). A dome called the Sanctuary of Maya is created on the battlefield. Its effects depend on the elements of the allies in your team. Pyro heroes increase the damage of Purification of Trisula, electro characters reduce the cooldown of the elemental skill, and hydro heroes extend the duration of the elemental burst. If the team has two characters of the same element, the bonus is doubled. The base duration of this effect is 15 seconds. The skill's cooldown is 13.5 seconds. It consumes 50 units of energy.

Nahida's Passive Talents:

Weapon

Dreams of the Thousand Nights. Nahida's signature weapon, which suits her better than any other. Its base attack is 44-542, and the bonus to elemental mastery is 58-265. If there are characters of the same element (in Nahida's case, Dendro) in the party, her elemental mastery increases by 32-64. Additionally, the character receives an increase in elemental damage by 10-26% if there are representatives of other elements in the team. In both cases, the effect can stack up to 3 times. Kagura's Verity. An alternative option that can arm Nahida, whether playing as the main attacking character or using her as a support hero. The base attack of this catalyst is 46-608, and the critical damage is 14.4-66.2%. Upon using an elemental skill, the character gains the Kagura Dance status. It increases the damage of the elemental skill by 12-24%. The effect lasts for 16 seconds and can stack up to 3 times. At level 3, the character will receive a 12-24% bonus to all elements. This weapon can be obtained through the «Epitome Invocation» wish.

Wandering Evenstar. A four-star catalyst that suits Nahida as a support hero. It has a base attack of 42-510 and critical damage of 12-55%. Switching to this character will play one of three melodies for 10 seconds, granting a passive bonus. From «Aria», the elemental skill increases by 48-96%. «Recitative» increases attack power by 60-120%. Interlude increases elemental mastery by 240-480. This weapon unfolds its potential especially after being fully upgraded. «Wandering Evenstar» can be obtained through wishes.

Sacrificial Memories. After hitting an enemy with an elemental attack, this catalyst allows with a 40-80% chance to use the elemental skill 2 times without cooldown. The effect can occur once every 30-16 seconds. In combat, you will often apply the Seed of Scandium marks on enemies, so this weapon could be useful. Its base attack is 41-574, and it increases elemental mastery by 48-221. «Sacrificial Memories» can be obtained through the «Epitome Invocation» and «Wanderlust Invocation» wishes.

Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers. A decent free weapon that can be used until you get a better option. Its base attack is 44-565, and it increases elemental mastery by 24-110. If Nahida is equipped with this catalyst, any elemental reaction will increase the damage of the elemental skill by 8-16% for 10 seconds. The effect can stack up to two times.

Deepwood Memories. The best option for Nahida, especially if there is no other Dendro character in your team using it. 2 pieces provide a 15% Dendro damage bonus, and 4 pieces reduce the enemy's resistance to Dendro damage by 30% after being hit by an elemental burst or elemental skill. The effect occurs even if Nahida is not on the field. Items from this set can be obtained in the Spire of Solitary Enlightenment dungeon. Its location is indicated on the map.

Gilded Dreams. This set is perfect if you have a Dendro character. If they are already using «Deepwood Memories,» then «Gilded Dreams» would be the ideal set for Nahida. 2 artifacts increase elemental mastery by 80 units, and 4 provide a 14% attack bonus for each Dendro character in the team and 50 units of elemental mastery for characters of other elements upon triggering an elemental reaction. Nahida as a Support Character

In a team with Nahida, there should be Electro, Pyro, Hydro, or Dendro characters. If desired, you can take two characters of the same element. However, travelers wielding other elements are not needed — Nahida's bonuses simply won't work.

When playing as Nahida, first use her enhanced elemental skill to mark enemies and deal Dendro damage. Then switch to your main damage dealer and apply their abilities. While they are recharging, you can switch back to Nahida and use her elemental burst. For the next 10-15 seconds, you will deal massive damage to enemies caught in the Sanctuary of Maya. Then switch back to your main character. Heal as necessary.

Nahida as a Main DPS Character

In this role, Nahida can be used only after obtaining her 6th Constellation. Mark enemies with her elemental skill, use skills from characters that deal additional damage, and then apply Nahida's elemental burst and hit the enemies.

Team with Nahida as the Attacking Character:

Pyro characters can be replaced with Electro or Hydro characters, but this will reduce the damage from Nahida's elemental burst.
