A tactical strategy game set in the Alien universe, in which a squad of foot soldiers tries to stop an outbreak of xenomorphs. Many dangers await them: in addition to the Aliens themselves, the foot soldiers will oppose soldiers of the Weyland-Yutani corporation and various monsters that have never appeared in the series. For successful survival, you need to carefully study the situation, and at the base, upgrade your personnel and purchase new equipment.

An absolutely typical joker with a top-down view, for some reason everyone thinks that games about aliens should be exactly like this, but damn it, they should be absolutely not like this! The only correct Alien game is Alien: isolation, it conveys an atmosphere of hopeless horror, and in all these shooters, including Dark Descent, there are only liters of green blood of xenomorphs, explosions, lead, well, in short, it’s not horror at all, which means it’s not Alien.
Абсолютно типичный шутан с видом сверху, почему то все считают, что игры про чужого должны быть именно такими, но чёрт возьми, они должны абсолютно не такими! Единственно правильной игрой по Чужому является Alien: isolation, там передана атмосфера безысходного ужаса, а во всех этих шутерах в том числе и в dark descent только литры зелёной крови ксеноморфов, взрывов, свинца, ну короче совсем не хоррор, в значит не Чужой.
