Assassin's Creed 3

An action-adventure game from a third-person perspective with stealth elements in a historical setting and an open world, Assassin's Creed 3 was released in 2012 and re-released 7 years later. The player travels to North America during the time of the War of Independence (18th century). The series features a new hero, a half-Indian from the Mohawk tribe, trying to stop the greedy Templars. The new character introduced in the sequel is Connor Kenway, who is one of the ancestors of Desmond Miles, whose story unfolds in the present. Connor is the grandson of the protagonist AC4: Black Flag Edward Kenway.

In addition to the standard set of assassin skills, such as endurance, intuition, parkour, and the leap of faith, he is proficient with a bow, throwing knives, and poison darts. The player is forced to immerse themselves in political struggles and spends a lot of time in dialogues with various leaders.

In the present time, Desmond is trying to figure out how to save humanity, while the writers reveal all the cards about where the human race came from and what role the Ancients played in this.

The gameplay of Assassin's Creed 3 is linear and does not offer freedom of choice — the player needs to successfully complete each mission, for which there are two ways. The first requires stealthily infiltrating the target location, quietly eliminating each unnecessary enemy, completing the objective, and then discreetly escaping.

For this, the player can use a wide range of new abilities of Connor — "eagle vision," the ability to pick locks, hear the heartbeat of enemies around, and even determine the path they took a few seconds ago.
