The game takes you to a large-scale retrofuturistic dystopia, where an alternative history unfolds in an even more dangerous and multi-layered world. The plot continues the story of the first part, but takes the events to a global level. New characters, the return of familiar faces, unexpected turns and dark secrets make the narrative rich and unpredictable.
The world reacts to actions, opening up more and more activities, and the role-playing system has become deeper: skill development, approach to equipment and choice of path now depend only on the player. Realistic graphics emphasize the contrasts of retrofuturism and post-Soviet dystopia, adding even more atmosphere to what is happening.
