A.W.: Phoenix Festa is a symbiosis of action and Japanese-style dating simulator, based on the popular novel "The Asterisk War: The Academy City on the Water." In the 20th century, a cataclysmic event called "Invertia" destroyed large cities across the Earth. In order to recover from the destruction, the United Fund Company reorganizes all the cities, including one city called Rikka, also known as Asterix. In this city, six academies hold a tournament called "FESTAS", in which students compete against each other.
