Extract the contents of the archive to the path Baldurs Gate 3/Data and run Models_Reimport.bat, then wait for the installation to finish.

Note: This is the first version of the mod, and as the author claims, the mod will be updated. Everything that is not yet drawn will appear in the future. This is good news for us, as in most cases, mod support for the game starts with nudity, meaning the foundation has been laid.
