A Vegas-themed MMORPG combining role-playing, business management, city building and casino games. A newcomer takes a job as a casino janitor and completes missions on the way to becoming a casino owner, following the stories of the Mayor and Detective Watts. The persistent world features casinos owned by other players.

Players buy plots, build casinos, and design and manage their floors in a tycoon simulation. They can also play slots, poker, blackjack, roulette, solitaire, video poker, bingo and lotteries with other players. Missions, casino games and construction all contribute to the evolving virtual city.
