Construction games
Construction simulators allow players to feel like a mayor who distributes funds to create and expand an entire city. In such games, you not only have to build houses, but also make sure that the residents of the city are happy: they need shops, schools, fire stations and places where they can just relax and unwind.
The main goal of construction simulators is to build an ideal city that will function without additional help from the mayor's office.
Massive problems can often occur in construction simulators: fires, floods, hurricanes and everything that can dampen the mood of city residents and reduce the amount of money the mayor will definitely spend on rebuilding districts hit by natural disasters.
