Russian games
Previously, many interesting computer and console titles were released in Russia, but today there are almost no domestic development studios creating popular single-player games. The rich history of Russian game development has become quite scarce, and most modern projects are mainly mobile and multiplayer games (MMOs and shooters).
Some Russian games released in past decades still evoke a feeling of genuine nostalgia in some gamers, and some new gaming products from Russian indie studios awaken hope that someday domestic game development will be revived.
