Penumbra Game Series
Penumbra is a small series of horror games from the Swedish company Frictional Games, released between 2007 and 2008. The plot tells about a secret station "Manuik," where a man named Philippe Lafresque ends up. He experiences a whole series of strange events, stretched over three parts.
During the gameplay, the main character will not have the opportunity to freely stroll through the locations: dangerous monsters and hallucinations will interfere, making it difficult for the player to distinguish what is reality and what is a product of the protagonist's "disturbed" imagination.
