In the simulator of service on a starship in a dark retro-futuristic world inspired by the cassette era, where you constantly have to choose: shoot or risk missing both potential enemies and innocents. The action takes place on the starship Pale Horse, where the player assumes the role of a security officer. The setting is fitting: a gloomy world with the atmosphere of cassette science fiction, CRT screens, and ships that need to be monitored as they approach.
According to the plot, Pale Horse is transporting miners to Ganymede, the largest moon of Jupiter. Players need to match the data of approaching ships with corporate records and decide whether they are friends or enemies. The game features procedurally generated starships, multiple endings, and changing relationships with the crew. Mechanics include multitasking, tuning communication frequencies, checking ship images, and restoring damaged data; all of this must be done alongside responding to messages.
