Fix for RusMap 1.8.1.

From the author:

- Added two border posts between Belarus and Lithuania-Latvia and Russia.

- Partially original roads have been restored and new sections of roads have been added - single dirt roads with and without imitation of bumps, new roads - connecting the Baltic States and Rusmap.

- Those who love nature will enjoy trips.

- The roads were partially built according to a template in the map editor, but not like in a Google map; the similarity is 50%50.

- It did not connect with other maps except the Southern region and Kazakhstan.

- To connect to other cards you need to test.

- Partially removed unnecessary sectors of plots from DLS maps.

- There are no new cities and companies, only new roads and restored old roads from what was left was restored.

Version 2.0 (v1.33.x, 1.34.x):

- Invisible walls have been removed,

- Added original companies from the Baltic states in the cities of Vyborg, St. Petersburg, Luga, Pskov.
