[8] Стабильность на трассе от переворотов. Увеличил в 3 раза.

Устойчивость на трассе более не сделать — чем больше делаешь, тем больше идет прижим к трассе — тем больше надо лашадей для разгона авто. Да и не совсем хорошо уже машина едет по трассе — как каток. Fix урона — который был сразу максимальным при ударе о что-либо — тестировать просто было некому :( А у самого времени не было на это!
