Tired of the low stat gains when leveling up in the Gothic 1 Remake? This mod lets you completely customize your character's progression. You can add extra Learning Points, extra Health, extra Mana, or even free Strength and Dexterity every time you level up. The most recent version allows you to gain damage resistances as well (fire resist, sharp damage resist, fall damage resist, etc). It also includes a custom speed modifier to let you move around the colony faster.

Main Features:

Custom Level Rewards: Decide exactly how many extra Skill Points, Max Health, Max Mana, Strength, Dexterity, Toughness, and Armor Protection you get per level. Now also includes various resistances.
Extra Stats Stack: Your custom rewards are added on top of the game's normal rewards, not replacing them.
Reliable Speed Boost: Set your own running speed. The mod runs a fast check in the background to ensure your speed boost stays active, even after climbing, swimming, or sprinting.
Safe Loading & Respawns: The mod carefully tracks your level in the background. If you die, change maps, or load an older save file, it instantly adjusts without glitching out or accidentally giving you double rewards.
Easy Settings File: Everything can be changed by typing numbers into a simple text file.

Installation Instructions:

Make sure you have UE4SS installed and working for your game.
Download the mod.
Either extract the mod .zip directly to your game root directory so that it seamlessly merges and places everything correctly, or find the subfolder named G1R_LevelProgression inside the .zip archive and place it directly inside your UE4SS Mods folder:
...\Gothic 1 Remake\G1R\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\
Open your master mods.txt file (found inside the main \ue4ss\ folder).
Add a new line at the bottom that says:
G1R_LevelProgression : 1
Save the file and start your game!
