The support service operator in 1996 answers calls from people who have discovered suspicious traces, noises, and pests in their homes. Each case needs to be matched with an article in the internal database: a regular mouse can easily be confused with a creature that only pretends to be a rodent, and incorrect instructions can lead to the client's demise.
The game consists almost entirely of phone conversations and working with a catalog designed in the style of Windows 95 programs. New entries appear after each shift, so you have to memorize the signs of creatures and listen carefully to the descriptions from callers. Gradually, everyday inquiries build up into the overall story of the organization itself.
