A global turn-based strategy game about creating and developing your own civilization. Over the centuries, culture, technology, cities, and borders change, and the decisions made can influence the climate, society, and the future of the state. Development starts with small settlements and gradually leads to the emergence of advanced cities, powerful armies, and complex political alliances. Diplomacy, research, economy, and military affairs become part of a unified system, where each aspect of development affects the others.

A special place is occupied by the cultural system. In each era, new cultures, customs, and development directions are opened, and their combination allows for the formation of a unique civilization. Historical traditions can be preserved or gradually transformed into a completely new culture. The continuation also offers updated mechanics of progress, improved graphics and interface, as well as new historical plots dedicated to peoples such as the Saka, Etruscans, and Scythians.
