MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries

Yes, I'm a MW fan. I read all the books on the topic, starting with Thurston's series.

I also played MW2. I played it again when the first Voodoo came out and something similar to 3D appeared. Then in MW2 Mercenaries, where life-like physics of homing missiles and a simple, but logical and consistent management system appeared.

Then in MW3 - a toy with drop-dead beauty and realism, where a robot with a broken leg fell and most likely ended up in trophies, where you could control the flight on jump jets, where you could normally lead a flight, where there was a variety of missions, different map modes, a normal system for customizing robots with different types of armor, engines and internal structures, radar modes, a logical and understandable heating/cooling scheme, the ability to sit dow… Read full

Interesting game. For fans of fighting robots. But there is no further development. For example, buy a larger ship, expand your squad. Build your base on one of the planets. There is no script. Compared to previous games, the game is very monotonous. There is no clan technology, but a lot of things could be added. You can write and write about this... And I really liked the game.

it could be improved with more repair bays or the mobile field base from mechwarrior 3.

the loot or supplies definetly need up graded.

and most importantly design a patch to easily install and operate the logitech/ thrustmaster HOTAS.

Better than MVO, and MVO is the only one of its kind, due to the lack of competitors, these are the best games about BT, among mechs, there is something for everyone: some people like Armored Core, but I like BT. If you want to control huge combat robots (mechs), this is the place for you.

A dull game without compression, where the whole process comes down to several types of missions that allow you to buy more expensive robots to complete more difficult missions and so on ad infinitum. Stuck for 3 hours and deleted it
