A psychological horror-thriller from the first-person perspective, set in the post-Soviet space. The main character is a foreign journalist who has come to Russia for a report on life in the provinces. He rents an apartment from Zinaida Petrovna in an old panel building and soon finds himself caught in a supernatural nightmare. People around the hero begin to disappear, and all the clues lead to the mysterious landlady of the apartment.
Players will need to explore locations, gather evidence, notes, and audio recordings, as well as solve plot puzzles. The gameplay includes escape rooms, jump scares, chases, and psychedelic mini-games that add tension to the unfolding events.
