Tweakable Skills and Perks.

This mod is a configuration file that allows you to change the experience multiplier, attributes, and much more.

Installation:

- Extract the contents into the Modules folder

- Enable the mod in the launcher

- Modify any .ini file in the SkillChanger folder. NOTE: If you do this while in-game, be sure to reload the last save after making changes.

- In case of an error, delete the configs from the SkillChanger folder. This also applies if the mod stops working after a game update.
