ModLib is an incredibly cool tool that adds a menu for managing mods. Something similar is familiar to Skyrim fans, as this mod features functions akin to SkyUI. You can change the settings of various mods that support this tool and much more.

Installation: install it like a regular module. For loading order, it's better to place ModLib above those mods that require it to function properly.
