A science-fiction adventure with elements of a psychological thriller, set in the repurposed lunar complex "Samsara," located on the ruins of a mining colony and once a luxurious hotel. It is positioned as a spiritual successor to SOMA. The player takes on the role of Aditi Amani, who arrives at "Samsara" to uncover her family's past and investigate the circumstances surrounding her estranged father.

"Samsara" is presented as an intricate maze of interconnected zones, where former hotel rooms, laboratories, and technical facilities of the lunar base coexist. As she explores, the protagonist encounters the consequences of ambiguous experiments and fragments of events that gradually form a complete picture of what is happening.
