Parasite Mutant

An action-adventure RPG inspired by the cult classic Parasite Eve, released in 1998 on PS1. The game is set in the distant future. The player assumes the role of a psionic agent named Nova, who travels to an abandoned and isolated island city inhabited by horrific mutants. As Nova explores this place, events on the island will completely change her destiny.

The combat system is based on the ATC (Active Time Chains) mechanic, which combines elements of the Active Time Battle system popular in the late 90s with a three-segment action chain. Players will have to carefully choose the moment to attack and decide whether to expend energy on a move, while also considering the need to dodge enemy attacks.
