Prototype 2 is a continuation of the action-slasher adventure with a third-person view in the open world. In the game you will try on the role of the new hero James Heller. Once a family man, who, due to the fault of Alex, who released the virus onto the streets of New York, lost everything that was so dear to him in life — his family. After Alex infected James, the latter became the owner of superpowers and decided to take revenge on his creator for all the good things.

PS3 version
Judging by the video, the gameplay of the second part exactly repeats the original (even the main characters share the same techniques and abilities) with only one adjustment for the best picture. But when you play, you understand that nothing more is needed. The plot is a secondary thing here. All the fun is exclusively in the gameplay (pirouettes, running on vertical surfaces, mutant abilities...).
The game is unusual and exciting, and that's the main thing.

Судя по видео, геймплейно вторая часть в точности повторяет оригинал (даже приёмы и способности у главгеров одни на двоих) с одной лишь поправкой на лучшую картинку. Но когда играешь, приходит понимание, что ничего сверх того и не нужно. Сюжет – вещь здесь второстепенная. Всё удовольствие исключительно в игровом процессе (пируэты, бег по вертикальным поверхностям, мутантские способности...).
Игра необычна и захватывающая, и это главное.
The second part turned out to be head and shoulders above the first. The game has an interesting
plot and an excellent soundtrack. The only thing I didn’t like was
side quests of the same type.
Вторая часть получилась на голову выше первой. В игре интересный
сюжет, отличный саундтрек. Единственное что не понравилось это
однотипные побочные задания.
The game of this game has long passed it many times and I can say that it is much better compared to the first part both in the schedule and in the game mechanic, for example, the parrying, it helps not to fly away from missiles and such a nonsense does not occupy the same mutation like claws and axes for each type of enemy and in fact there is no useless mutation as for example in the plan. The plot 2 is a little lame lame and so I think that the 2nd part is several goals higher than the 1st.
Игра в эту игру очень давно и перепраходил её множество раз и могу сказать что она намного лучше по сравнению с первой частью как в графике так и в игровых механик например парирование, оно очень помогает не отлетать от ракет и подобной чуши так еще не занимает слоты для оружия так же каждая мутация по типу когти и секира нужны под каждого типа противника и по факту в игре нету бесполезный мутаций как например в 1 части но в плане сюжета 2 часть чуть-чуть хромает а так я думаю что 2-ая часть на несколько голов выше чем 1-ая.
An excellent continuation of the first part of the game. But unlike the first part, the plot is simply captivating. The hero literally moves mountains to achieve his goal. Which you will learn about during the passage of this masterpiece!
Отличное продолжение первой части игры. Но в отличии от первой части сюжет просто захватывает. Герой буквально сворачивает горы для достижения цели . О которой узнаете в процессе прохождения этого шедевра !
I really liked the game both the first time and all subsequent times. I completed all the difficulties and it was interesting every time. Even though the game was released in 2012, it has good graphics, optimization, and plot. I recommend it to everyone.
Игра очень понравилась как в первый раз, так и во все последующие разы. Прошёл на всех сложностях и каждый раз было интересно. Даже не смотря на то, что игра вышла в 2012 году, она имеет хорошую графику, оптимизацию, сюжет. Всем рекомендую к прохождению.
