This mod reduces performance drops caused by Lumen. It allows you to enable Lumen without FPS loss, so you can enjoy lighting effects smoothly. The mod slightly lowers shadow quality and draw distance, but this is barely noticeable thanks to the game’s fog and lighting style.
This is a pak mod that directly tweaks the engine (not just a config file). It can provide up to a 30% performance boost with minimal loss in visual quality. Works on all GPUs, including older 4GB cards, as well as handheld devices like Steam Deck and ROG Ally. This mod does not overwrite your in-game graphics settings, so you can freely adjust visuals as you like. Compatible with other mods, such as OptiScaler.
How to install:
- Download and extract the ZIP archive;
- Inside, you’ll find 7 files;
- Copy all files into your Silent Hill F installation folder → SHF/Content/Paks/;
- Launch the game.
How to uninstall:
- Delete the files you copied into the Paks folder.
