A political and military leadership simulation set in a world where major powers have broken apart into rival economic and military regions, and the United Nations has been replaced by an organization called the World Market. Each region seeks to expand its influence over its neighbors, countries, and continents.
The player sets the agenda for a region, manages its economy, builds public support, and seeks to influence neighboring regions. Diplomacy offers a way to increase power through negotiation, while military forces—including tanks and missiles—can be used to pursue ambitions by force.
