Pregnant women are at risk of miscarriage. At the same time, nearby Sims (friends, family members) fall into a slight panic.

Basic threat levels:
1st trimester:
teenagers/young adults - 1.5%
adults - 3%
elderly - 4.5%
2nd trimester: 1.125%; 2.25%; 3.375%
3rd trimester: 0.75%; 1.5%; 2.25%
The threat of miscarriage increases when the hunger or vigor scale is red. In case of hunger, it also affects plant sims with vampires.
Addons folder (additional mods):
_Buffs_7Days - the sad moodlet lasts 7 days instead of 2.
_DeathChance — probability of death after a miscarriage (does not apply to immortals):
teenagers/young adults - 1%
adults - 2%
elderly - 3%
_InfertilityChance - the probability of infertility after a miscarriage. The percentages are the same as in the case of death.
_MiscarriageChance_Low - the probability of miscarriage increases by 2 times compared to the base one.
_MiscarriageChance_Middle - 4 times.
_MiscarriageChance_High - 6 times.
If you set all three MiscarriageChance options, the game will only use the Low option (low probability).
_AddUnbornToFamilyTree - an unborn child is added to the family tree.
