Add a sail for the windmill; it can be purely decorative or function as a wind turbine. There are 3 different models: triangular, square, and frameless. All of them operate like wind turbines (but without sound) with doubled efficiency. Because of this, they rotate depending on the wind strength and stop if they burn out.
