Time Recoil is a top-down sci-fi shooter from the creators of the cult classic Crimsonland. In the game, every successful kill involves slowing down time, just like in The Matrix. Anyone you kill while slowing will add to your skill meter, allowing you to use them. The list of skills ranges from the simple, like a side dash, to the very destructive, like a psychic strike to the area.
