The storyline unfolds parallel to the events of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. Players take on the role of Commander Six, who is Paul Bishop — the main character of Rainbow Six Vegas. As part of a global campaign, the international squad must confront a new shadow threat in the form of the radical organization Keles Legion.
The gameplay of the game is inspired by the XCOM series and offers an isometric perspective with turn-based battles. For each mission, the player sends a squad of four operators. There are 15 characters from Siege available in the game, including heroes like Sledge, Ash, Doc, Montagne, and Glaz, each of whom has unique gadgets and their own upgrade tree.
