A new installment in the famous Tropico series of city-building simulators, which continues the story of El Presidente. Players in the role of a dictator will have to change the landscape, build cities, satisfy the needs of citizens, manage the army, deal with rebels, repel external threats and try to spite their sworn enemy - Victoria Guerra. The game features 10 scenarios, 5 campaign maps, over 20 maps for sandbox mode and a new terraforming system that will allow you to create entire islands.
